*WHAT REPLACING NEGATIVE THOUGHTS WITH POSITIVE ONES DOES TO US: ELEVATE YOUR ENERGY!
OUR ELECTROMAGNETIC BLUEPRINT

Today, I would like to talk about science and our thoughts and emotions. The last few weeks have been a
rollercoaster of emotions and thoughts for me. As the mystery continues with my health, and new
findings warrant further studies (it was found that I have a hole in my heart and more detailed studies
are needed to see how we proceed), worry and anxiety began to take over my emotions, and this began
to affect me negatively. I knew it was time to take control of them, and go back to a healthier state. The
beauty of this is that it is always within our control, and by refocusing/shifting our thoughts with
purpose, our outlook and health miraculously improve!
First, I would like to begin with an example: have you ever seen 2 people experiencing the same
situation, react in opposite ways and experience a completely different type of life? The same 2 people
could have lost their job, undergone a major setback, or had a bad day, one bouncing right back and
creating new opportunities with joy and happiness, while the other remaining stuck, sad, depressed, and
in a victim mode. Which of the 2 seems familiar? How we respond to all situations is under our control,and so is creating our future, experiencing the happiness that comes with as a result – let’s pick the first
reaction and elevate our energy!
Now, let’s talk science:
Our electromagnetic field consists of electric and magnetic components that work in harmony to create
our unique energetic field which propagates through and around us. In our bodies, our heart is the
primary source of electrical activity; with every beat, the heart produces electrical impulses which create
our energetic blueprint. The other important part of this equation, our brain, is a magnetic field; with
every neurological transmission, microscopic magnetic fields are created, also releasing an electric
current. Together, these 2 organs create our energetic electromagnetic field; with every heartbeat and
neurological impulse, with every emotion and thought, we produce our unique aura and this can be
measured, as well as experience what seems to be fortune, but is rather individually created by our
conscious choices.
When our energetic field is vibrating high, wonderful emotions such as joy, happiness, love and bliss are
felt. This larger energetic field is a magnet for other positive energy fields and opportunities, and
suddenly, luck seems to be on our side. This energetic field can actually expand up to 9ft away from our
bodies! Conversely, emotions such as hate, anger, and shame are constricted states of being. They create
negativity in our outlook, shrink our energetic field, and not only bring us down but also those around
us. It has now been shown that these emotions affect our biochemistry, and cause physiological changes.
Positive/happy emotions (top of the inverted pyramid) release “good” hormones which help us heal
disease and feel happier, while those on the opposite end of the spectrum increase our stress hormones,
causing disease and emotional pain.
Since our automatic response as humans is to protect ourselves against danger (even if it isn’t there), we
create a “fight or flight” response as a defense mechanism. This is a good thing when there is actually
danger (it protects us), but is very damaging physically and emotionally when it becomes our normal and
regular state of being. Therefore, we must make conscious efforts to change this, retraining our brain to
see the positive in every situation, and stopping our negative thoughts/self-talk, replacing it with positive
ones. Question your initial thought, and replace constricted states of being with expanded, positive
ones. It has been proven that our brain can be rewired (neurogenesis) – we cannot erase the negative
pathways, but we can slowly begin overriding them, replacing them with healthy, productive and happier
ones and actually creating new ones. The old thought of “once it is lost it is gone forever” has been
revoked and replaced by hope and possibilities! So let’s begin to create new pathways! One great way of
doing this is learning a new language or learning how to play an instrument – YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD!
Another great discovery is that when the brain and heart are in coherence, they work harmoniously and
our bodies heal. Alternatively, when we live in a state of fear, worry, anxiousness, our brain and heart are
not in synchrony, and this creates havoc in our bodies and mind. We can promote healing by consciously
shifting from one end of the spectrum to the opposite. This can be done very successfully with
meditation and visualization, as well as letting go of control and giving the mind and body time away
from our hectic lives, time to rest and recharge, going within and only focusing on higher states of being
such as peace, happiness and bliss and nothing else. A huge benefit of this is also opening our minds to a
world full of possibilities; our conscious mind can only see about 5% of possibilities, whereas our
subconscious accounts for 95%. So, if you are looking for answers, for different opportunities, try
meditation! And for everyone who says that they cannot meditate (myself basically my whole life), startby doing it for a couple minutes, and slowly begin to add time. PLUS…you do not have to sit and think of
nothing (something that is incredibly difficult and unpleasant for me); there are different types of
medications, such as walking and interacting with nature (I much prefer this)!
In summary, let’s create harmony between our brain and heart (coherence), shift our thoughts to those
with higher frequency and energy, and make time every day to meditate! See how your health begins to
improve and your life begins to change and positively influence those around you!!!!
**Best time is when you just wake up, or right before you go to sleep, but it can be done anytime**
One last observation: our bodies do not know the difference between imagining or actually experiencing
a situation when you involve all senses and feel all the emotions as if it the situation were really
happening; our physiological response is the same. That is why athletes use visualization so successfully.
