USF Boxing Academy has classes for kids and adults of all levels: from the novice looking to learn about boxing and using it as a fitness tool, to the athlete wanting to compete at the Olympics or become an Amateur fighter as part of our FIGHT TEAM. Our coaching staff will tailor programs based on your goals and level. At USF, we aim to meet everyone’s needs. Our KIDS & AMATEUR FITNESS BOXING programs uses the art of boxing to promote health and fitness, encourage confidence, and build leadership skills. We develop athletes, self-esteem and fitness.
Our AMATEUR BOXING FIGHT TEAM incorporates structured basic to advanced shadowboxing, mitt work, defensive techniques and footwork, and progressively builds combinations and flows which are used when sparring. Our coaches prepare our athletes for competition, always making safety and full preparation a priority. TEAM WORK, HARD WORK, CONFIDENCE AND SPORTSMANSHIP- all leading our athletes to success!!!
